I hope you’ve read the awesome stuff on the homepage. I’m a software engineer who graduated from Tunisia in 2020. While I didn’t have trouble finding a job, the pandemic had other plans. I was stuck at home, working remotely, facing challenges I didn’t expect:
- Proving myself in my first job ever, showing off my technical skills.
- Adjusting to the work-from-home lifestyle in a world full of distractions.
I tried countless tips and tricks to boost my productivity, all thanks to social media (Twitter, Reddit, YouTube). And guess what? I found the secret sauce that worked for me!
Once the pandemic settled down, I was rocking my job, honing my skills, and being a productive human being (and by productive, I mean finding that sweet spot between work, life, and all the good stuff). Life was okay, but something was missing.
I realized I could do more, make more money, and have the freedom to live life my way. Thank you, YouTube recommendations, for showing me those trendy videos about starting an online side hustle. I watched so many videos, I lost track of time and my sanity. I had no clue where to start or how to start an online business. But then, I made the fearless decision to dive into the Amazon KDP program.
Let me tell you, it was wild! I couldn’t believe I made my first dollar online in just one month, even though I had zero design experience. I hustled hard and made some serious cash. But guess what? I quit. Yup, I quit, despite the money. Life got boring again, and I was trapped in the 9-5 grind.
But then, out of the blue, I got a job offer in Luxembourg. Can you say “exciting”? It was a golden opportunity to work abroad, and October 13th, 2022, was the beginning of a new adventure. It took time to adapt to a new place and culture, but that’s not the point.
Months passed, and that same voice started whispering again: “Hey, you’re missing something big in your life, buddy.” And that’s when it hit me. I remembered how happy and fulfilled I was with Amazon KDP. So, I reviewed my reasons for quitting and made the bold choice to start this website, my new online business.
